Troy Gentile

Troy Gentile is a seasoned compensation professional with experience in various analytical roles related to compensation strategies and market competitiveness. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Airgas since June 2023, Troy is centralizing compensation practices for 18,000 employees and collaborating with HR executives on new company-wide bonus plans. Previously, at OpenComp from February 2022 to May 2023, Troy conducted market competitiveness analyses and developed compensation philosophies for clients. Additionally, Troy worked as a Compensation Analyst at Einstein Healthcare Network from November 2019 to February 2022, assisting with salary reviews, merit increases, and union contract negotiations.
