Julian Hammerstein

Julian Hammerstein has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Julian currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at keyone, starting in April 2022. Julian previously worked as a Junior F&B Consultant at H-Hospitality from March 2019 to August 2019. Prior to that, they worked at SIDE Design Hotel Hamburg in multiple roles, including Commis de Bar from January 2017 to June 2017, a Hotel Industry Expert from August 2014 to January 2017, and as a Purchasing Manager (professional representation) in July 2016. Julian also had experience as a Barista & Wine Specialist at Wellingten Restaurant from January 2014 to May 2014 and as a Barista at Balducci Gastronomiegesellschaft mbH from March 2011 to September 2013.

Julian Hammerstein's education history is as follows:

From 2020 to 2022, Julian attended MCI | The Entrepreneurial School® and obtained a Master of Arts in Business, specializing in Entrepreneurship & Tourism.

Prior to their master's degree, from 2017 to 2020, Julian studied at Hotelschool The Hague, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Julian was enrolled as an International Fast Track Student in Hotel Management.

During the same year as their enrollment in Hotelschool The Hague, in 2017, Julian also participated in a Summer Course called "Preparation International Fast Track Program" at the same institution.

Before entering Hotelschool The Hague, Julian completed their Hotel Industry Expert certification at Staatliche Gewerbeschule Gastronomie und Ernährung Hamburg from 2014 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Julian has obtained certifications in the following areas: Julian received the WSET Level 1 Award in Wines in June 2016 from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Julian also completed an Advanced Training course in Barista from Coffee Consulate in 2015.
