Katherine Rummery

Katherine Rummery is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Airhelp. Katherine has extensive experience in HR, having served as the Head of People & Culture and a member of the management board at Amadeus IT Group from December 2017 to March 2019, and as Vice President Human Resources at Glispa Global Group from June 2015 to November 2017. At Glispa, they were responsible for global HR activity and managing an HR team, covering employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, retention, development, performance management, engagement, organizational development, leadership development, change leadership, employee relations, and terminations. Katherine also drove growth and productivity by increasing the headcount from 130 to 280 and founded the US entity. In addition, they oversaw the M&A and integration of entities in Russia & Greece, including international mobility, due diligence, and non-traditional HR & cultural due diligence for 5 acquisitions. Katherine Rummery is an expert in HR with a proven track record of success in scaling businesses and reducing operational costs.

Katherine Rummery studied peace studies at the University of Bradford, majoring in international relations and affairs and social psychology. Katherine received their bachelor's degree from the university.
