Luiza Batista

Luiza Batista currently serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at AirHelp and the Managing Director at TRAVEL MEDIA SOLUTIONS, both positions held since July 2025. Luiza is also a member of Beacon Founders since July 2023 and has previously worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Plantei from April 2023 to July 2025, focusing on connecting consumers with organic, traceable products from family farmers. Co-founder of Arado, from June 2021 to July 2025, Luiza has aimed to empower small and medium-sized business farmers through an equitable supply chain. Additional experience includes serving as Regional General Manager at Rappi, co-founder at Leef, BI Strategy Manager at Coty, Strategic Planning Manager for Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico at Almundo, and various roles at Coca-Cola FEMSA. Luiza holds a Master's degree in Business Intrapreneurship from the European School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from PUC Minas, among other educational qualifications.
