Monika Laskowska-Kac

Monika Laskowska-Kac currently serves as VP of Product Growth at AirHelp, where prior roles included Head of Product and Senior Product Manager, focusing on user experience and growth strategies since November 2021. Monika has extensive experience in product management and customer experience, having previously worked as a Customer Experience Manager at BEST Grupa Kapitałowa and held multiple positions at Wakacje.pl, including Ecommerce Manager and Conversion Manager, responsible for enhancing user experience and conversion rates. Additionally, Monika has contributed as a Mentor at Design Mentorship and as a Lecturer in web analytics at Uniwersytet SWPS. Monika's educational background includes postgraduate studies in E-commerce and usability from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a degree from the University of Gdansk.
