Jessica Stelma

Jessica Stelma, PHR, SHRM-CP, M.S. HRD, currently serves as the Vice President of People and Employee Success at Airiam since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources from December 2015 to October 2022. Jessica's experience also includes serving as a Client Human Resources Business Partner at ADP and Human Resources Manager at Melmark, where responsibilities involved strategic HR consultation and compliance with Federal laws. Earlier career roles include HR Coordinator and HR Generalist at Presby's Inspired Life and a Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services. Jessica earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and holds a PHR certification from the same institution.
