Maria Christina Ponce

Maria Christina Ponce has extensive work experience in instructional design and learning experience design. Maria Christina is currently working at Deltek as a Principal Instructional Designer/Team Lead in the Research and Learning Experience Design team since August 2019. Prior to that, they were the Instructional Design Manager at the International Rice Research Institute from July 2018 to August 2019. Maria also worked at Deltek from October 2016 to July 2018 as a Principal Instructional Designer and from February 2011 to October 2016 as a Sr. Instructional Designer. Before joining Deltek, they had various roles at Aegis PeopleSupport Inc. including Manager of Shared Learning Services, Sr. Lead in Instructional Design, Lead in Instructional Design, and Product Trainer from 2002 to 2010.

Maria Christina Ponce obtained a Bachelor of Arts Major in Communication Arts degree from Miriam College, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they have certifications in Counterintuitive Leadership Strategies for a VUCA Environment from LinkedIn, UX Writing from Uxcel, and a Foundation Certificate in User Experience from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
