James Monsen

James Monsen is a seasoned entrepreneur and investment professional with a diverse background in real estate development, private investments, and operational leadership. As Co-Founder of Monsen Ventures since May 2021, James focuses on managing private investments and consulting for startups. Prior experience includes serving as a Real Estate Development Manager, successfully consolidating land for residential development, and raising venture capital as a Special Purpose Vehicle Fund Manager. James has also held roles as General Partner at Monsen Partners, managing investments for a family office, and was President of Monsen Engineering, where market share in Utah and Nevada grew to over 75%. Other ventures include founding Laser FF, LLC, and experience in various sales and technical support positions. James holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
