Jordan Blue

Jordan Blue has had a varied career, beginning in 2004 as a Sales Representative at Union Beverage Company. In 2006, they moved to CareerBuilder.com, where they held the roles of Senior Account Executive, Sales Manager, Senior Team Lead, and Account Manager. In 2010, they took on two roles at Mercer as a Senior Associate and Associate in Global Mobility, as well as an International Compensation Consultant at ORC Worldwide. In 2015, they became a Tax Manager at Deloitte. In 2017, they joined AIRINC as Director of Product Management & Innovation and Director of the West Coast. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Vice President and Secretary Board of Directors at Bay Area Mobility Management.

Jordan Blue received a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Miami University in 2003. In 2007, they earned an MBA in Leadership & Change Management and Applied Economics from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork.
