Laura Yao

Laura Yao has a diverse and extensive work experience. Laura began their career in 2011 as Co-founder and CEO of The PhenomList. In 2013, they moved on to Bridgewater Associates as a Senior Investment Associate, where they were part of the CEO/CIO's team working on longer-term research projects and led a team of analysts in client service. In 2016, they became Head of Strategy at Kairos Aerospace. In 2019, they joined Darkstore as a Board Director and also became a Fellow of the 24th Class of Kauffman Fellows. In 2020, they joined Netlify as a Board Director and in 2021, they joined Airkit and Endgame as Board Director and Board Observer, respectively. Laura also became a Board Director at Moralis Web3 in 2021. Currently, Laura Yao is a Partner at EQT Ventures.

Laura Yao holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a BA from Yale University in Economics and Mathematics.
