Rui Gramacho

Rui Gramacho has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Rui began their career in 2000 at Lucent Technologies as a Technical Support Services Engineer. In 2002, they joined ONI as an Intelligent Network Engineer (Onyway), and also started working at Vodafone as a Technical Product Management Team Leader for Network Services. In 2014, they became the Cloud Solutions Product Manager at Vodafone Business and in 2015, they took on the role of Unified Communications Product Manager at Vodafone. In 2018, they joined Talkdesk as a Senior Director Of Engineering & Head of Communication Platform, Director Of Engineering, and Head Of Unifed Communications. In 2020, they became the Director of Engineering at MessageBird, and in 2021 they were the Head of Engineering at Tamanna.com. Currently, Rui is the Head of EMEA at Airkit.

Rui Gramacho obtained a degree in Electronics from Instituto Superior Técnico between 1995 and 2000, with a field of study in Electronic Systems & Computers. Rui also holds a certification in Digital Marketing Leadership from Squared Online, obtained in February 2017.
