Sandra Bustos

Sandra Bustos has over 13 years of experience in customer success, program management, client services, and communications. Sandra began their career in 2007 as an Intern at the National Wildlife Federation. From 2009 to 2011, Bustos worked as a Communications & Program Specialist at the Executive Office of the Governor, Florida Energy Office. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at RichRelevance as a Client Services Consultant. From 2014 to 2015, Bustos was a Customer Success Manager, Principal Customer Success Manager, and Senior Manager, Enterprise Customer Success (acting Director Customer Success) at Talkdesk. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Autodesk as a Sr. Manager, WW Channel Strategy & Programs, Program Manager, Customer Success Service Offerings, and Customer Success Manager - Named Accounts. Most recently, Bustos worked as the Director of Customer Success at Airkit from 2022 to present.

Sandra Bustos attended Smith College from 2005 to 2006, the University of Richmond from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environmental Studies and Political Science, and Universitat de Barcelona from 2017 to 2018, where they earned a Postgraduate in Coaching in the Workplace.
