Heather Unger

Heather Unger, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Managing Director of People & Culture at Airlines Reporting Corporation since May 2009. In this role, Heather provides visionary leadership, aligns programs with business needs, and supports senior executives while focusing on long-term human capital development. Heather's previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Sage Software, Employee Relations Manager at Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Regional Resource/Human Resources at Builders Square/Hechingers/Home Quarters. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Information Science from the University of South Florida, completed in 2012.
