Paul Hoskins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, design, and digital marketing. Currently a Co-Founder of both Superunknown, a strategy and design agency, and Everyhow, which creates innovative tools for collaborative breakthroughs, Paul also serves as an Advisor to Airloom, a Melbourne-based startup focused on creating a personal digital platform for life planning. Previous roles include a Product & Design Instructor at Academy Xi, General Manager at goodwork, and Country Manager for Etsy in Australia. Prior to that, Paul held senior positions at Interbrand and Medibank, where responsibilities included managing brand strategies and user experience teams. With a background in digital strategy and design management from positions at ANZ and Symantec, Paul holds a BSc in Management Science from Loughborough University and an HND in Multimedia Design from the University of West London.
