Ewa Łusiak-Jędra

Ewa Łusiak-Jędra has gained extensive financial and managerial experience throughout their career. Ewa started as an Associate at PwC Polska in 2000 and progressed to Senior Associate before moving to Aquaform Polska Sp. z o.o. as a Controlling Department Manager. Ewa then held the position of Strategic Controlling Manager before transitioning to Cognifide as a Finance Director and eventually Group Finance Director. Ewa continued their career at Wunderman Thompson Technology as the Chief Financial Officer, where they worked on developing talent and delivering financial insights. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director at Airly, where they lead the company's operations and strategic direction.

Ewa Łusiak-Jędra completed a Master's degree in Banking from Poznan University of Economics And Business in 2000. Ewa also became a Member of ACCA in Accounting from 2000 to 2012. In 2015 to 2016, they attended ICAN Institute for the Strategic Leadership Academy program.
