Irene Winter

Irene Winter has worked as a Management System Coordinator at Optimum Air since December 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Airmaster Australia starting in 2004. At Airmaster, they held multiple roles, including Management Systems Coordinator, Certified Lead Management Systems Auditor, Service Controller, and Office Manager-Service Department. irene was responsible for quality, safety, and environmental systems training, management, and coordination. irene also developed ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and AS 4801 system management on a national level. Irene also served as the Reconciliation Action Plan Working Group Chairperson.

Irene Winter holds a Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology. irene also has additional certification as a Management Systems Lead Auditor in Quality Assurance, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental Management.
