Mike Dainty is an experienced operations and compliance professional with a strong background in ground operations and airport management. Currently serving as Operations Compliance Manager at Mannys Aviation Services since March 2024, Mike has held multiple leadership positions at Airnorth since October 2013, including Executive Head of Ground Operations and General Manager Ground Operations. Responsibilities have encompassed ramp operations, service provider relationships, contract negotiations, and compliance with safety and operational procedures. Additionally, Mike has extensive experience at Skystar Airport Services as Airport Manager, overseeing ground handling operations for major airlines and managing a workforce of 185, as well as previous roles at Air New Zealand that included operations performance management and international terminal oversight.
