Vice President, Smart Cities & Global Business Development at Airobotics

Yotam Guggenheim has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Yotam began their career in 2012 as a Student Advisor to the Urban Planning Committee at the Municipality of Jerusalem. In 2013, they worked as a Parlamentary Resident at the Knesset and later became the Campaign Manager - City Center for the Nir Barkat - Jerusalem Mayoral Campaign, where they managed a team of over 200 volunteers and employees.

From 2014 to 2015, Yotam worked at the Municipality of Jerusalem as an Advisor to the Mayor & Senior Constituent Representative, providing strategic analysis of resident inquiries and managing interactions with municipal social services. Yotam also served as a Constituent Services Representative, assisting city residents facing problems with municipal issues.

In 2016, Yotam joined ROM Transportation Engineering as a Project Manager & Transportation Planner. Yotam played a key role in building and designing strategic masterplans for metropolitan areas and developing transportation models through data collection. Yotam also managed a team of over 50 employees.

Yotam returned to Airobotics in 2018, initially as a Manager in the Project Management Office, where they contributed to the development of a pilotless drone solution for collecting aerial data. In 2019, they took on the role of Managing Director, APAC and Smart Cities, responsible for driving business development and expanding operations in the Asia-Pacific region.

In 2021, Yotam became a Task Force Member at Future of Place, contributing their expertise to the organization. Yotam concurrently serves as the Vice President, Smart Cities & Global Business Development at Airobotics, leading initiatives related to smart city technologies.

Yotam Guggenheim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Geography and Urban Planning at the same institution from 2014 to 2017. Prior to their university education, Yotam attended Shaker Hts High School from 2002 to 2005. In 2013, they also attended the Goethe Institute, although the duration and nature of the program are unspecified.
