Philip Karlsson Gisslow

Philip Karlsson Gisslow has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Philip currently serves as the CTO at Airolit since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Manager at Airolit from April 2022 to January 2023. Philip also worked as an Embedded Software Developer at Airolit from January 2022 to April 2022.

Before joining Airolit, Philip founded and served as the CEO of Migic Music AB since January 2015.

Philip has also worked at Husqvarna Construction Products as an Embedded Software Engineer from November 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ICtech as an Embedded Systems Software Engineer from May 2015 to October 2019.

In addition, Philip has had experience with Volvo Group, where they worked both as an Embedded Software Engineer (Consultant) from June 2015 to September 2018 and as a Master Thesis intern from January 2015 to May 2015. During their time at Volvo Group, they proposed electrical hardware and embedded software solutions supporting ISO 26262 for the engine braking mechanisms of the EMS2.3 engine management system.

Furthermore, Philip has had an internship at Volvo Group Trucks Technology, where they designed and built an automated test rig for integration testing of hardware/software on an electrical control unit using C programming and hardware design from June 2014 to September 2014.

Philip also completed an internship at Volvo IT, where they supervised a project that evaluated different industry standards and translated mainframe system documentation from Swedish to English from June 2013 to August 2013.

Finally, Philip had a summer trainee position at ABB in 2012, where they worked in a laboratory environment and participated in the preparation of routine and experimental tests at the high voltage laboratory from June 2012 to August 2012.

Philip Karlsson Gisslow attended Chalmers University of Technology from 2010 to 2015, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Embedded Electronic System Design.
