As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Arhamsoft, I am a strategic, operational, and commercial leader with over 14 years of experience in the software development industry and in executive leadership roles. My position is highly integrated, demanding a constant balance between technical oversight, business growth, and strategic company policy.

Technology & Operational Oversight

I manage all of our development teams, maintaining full oversight of our technical pipeline. This includes defining and enforcing the quality standards required for the successful design and deployment of secure, scalable, and high-quality web and mobile applications. My focus is on ensuring that our teams are technically proficient, and I actively recommend and implement training to ensure they are up to date with the latest technologies. I monitor all ongoing projects from conception to completion to ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

Strategic Decision-Making and Project Acquisition

I am deeply involved in company policy making, leveraging my extensive industry experience and great influence in strategic decision-making, particularly concerning key hiring and organizational structuring. Crucially, I serve as the final authority on project acquisition, approving whether we onboard projects based on a comprehensive assessment of risk, resource capacity, and strategic fit.

Driving Business and Sales Growth

I am a key face of Arhamsoft in the commercial arena. I actively support our B2B and Sales teams, attending high-stakes meetings and taking care of B2B engagements to help close critical leads. A core part of my contribution to business development is conducting detailed project estimations, where I determine the precise costing and time frame for all new technical engagements. Furthermore, I take on the responsibility of training the business development team, ensuring they are technically prepared and strategically ready for future market challenges.

Expertise and Recognition

My background is rooted in strong technical expertise across cutting-edge domains, including Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML), and Cybersecurity. I have been recognized for my contributions to the industry and the organization, including being honored with the Presidential Award from the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and internally as "The Trend Setter" for introducing innovative, benchmark-setting strategies within Arhamsoft.

My goal is to continue driving technical innovation, mentoring high-performing teams, and serving as a bridge between the company's technical vision and its commercial success.
