Joshe Ordonez

Joshe Ordonez has had a diverse range of work experiences. In 2021, they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Creative Director at Airpals, a same-day delivery platform that focuses on providing exceptional courier services for business parcels. Joshe founded the Envision Accelerator in 2021 and was actively involved with the organization until July of the same year.

In 2020, Joshe was a BUILD Fellow at Build With, a program that empowers young entrepreneurs. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Manager at Cartel & Co., a creative management and production firm in New York. During their time at Cartel & Co., they represented talented artists and connected them with top brands and magazines such as Chanel and Vogue.

Joshe's experience in the arts and culture sector includes working as a Digital Project Manager at the Ecuadorian American Cultural Center, where they promoted Ecuadorian culture and organized events to educate the community. Joshe also served as a Creative Director at Loop Fairtrade, a company focused on promoting fair trade products.

In addition to their work in the creative industry, Joshe has been involved in business strategy and consulting. Joshe worked as a Business Strategy Consultant and Product Manager at Hydrohair and as an Instructor at the New York School of Design. Joshe also participated in the Kairos Fellowship program, which supports student entrepreneurs.

Furthermore, Joshe has engaged in research and design. Joshe was a Research-Design Fellow at the Brooklyn Fashion + Design Accelerator, where they worked on various projects related to sustainable fashion.

Joshe Ordonez pursued a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Universidad del Azuay. Joshe attended this institution from 2011 to 2015. Following their undergraduate studies, Joshe went on to earn a Master's degree in Design Management from Pratt Institute between 2016 and 2018.
