Elena Kostin

Elena Kostin has a diverse work experience starting from their position as an Assistant of Executive Management at Aktien- und Kommerzbank sozialer Entwicklung "Ukrsozbank" from August 2001 to July 2002. Elena then worked as a Controlling professional at Deutsche Bank for the year of 2007. Elena joined AirPlus International in 2008, where they held several roles including Credit Risk Manager, Senior Risk Manager in Enterprise Risk Management, and Functional Lead in Operational Resilience. From March 2021 to August 2022, Elena worked at Impfzentrum Darmstadt in the organization and administration sector. Elena then moved on to ING Deutschland, where they served as a Senior Risk Manager in Operational Risk Management from September 2022 to March 2023. Currently, Elena is working at AirPlus International as an Associate Director in Risk & Control, starting from April 2023.

Elena Kostin studied at Reutlingen University from 2005 to 2006, completing an Ergänzungsstudium in Betriebswirtschaft. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
