Cissy Chan

Cissy Chan has extensive experience in commercial management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Commercial at Airport Authority Hong Kong since September 2012, overseeing retail, advertising, property development, and logistics services at Hong Kong International Airport. Prior to this role, Cissy Chan was the Director of Retail Portfolio and Marketing at Hysan Development Company Ltd from 2008 to 2012, and held the position of General Manager for Hong Kong and Taiwan at Reckitt Benckiser from 2004 to 2008. Cissy Chan's career began at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities escalated from brand manager to Marketing Director over a span of 13 years, which included a period as Sales Director. Cissy Chan holds an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Social Sciences from The University of Hong Kong.
