Malak S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the hospitality and food service industry. Currently serving as the Regional Operations Manager at Airport Dimensions since April 2023, Malak previously held the position of Director of Operations and General Manager at Sodexo from October 2016 to March 2023. Additionally, Malak has been involved in individual instruction as a Registered NRA ManageFirst Program Instructor, Authorized Examination Proctor, Certified ServSafe Instructor, and Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor since July 2017. Prior roles include General Manager at United Sodexo and Sr. Manager positions at both Star Concessions and HMSHost. Malak holds a Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, earned between 2003 and 2007.
