Airport Minority Advisory Council
Victoria Johnson is an accomplished Global Equity Director at HDR, where responsibilities include leading an Equity Advisory Services Practice that advises executive infrastructure leaders on integrating equity and justice priorities across various governmental levels. In addition to this role, Victoria serves on the Board of Trustees and Executive Committee of the ACWA Foundation and is a member of the Executive Committee and Advisor for the National Skills Coalition, contributing insights on the Bipartisan Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act. Other engagements include serving as Vice Chair of the National Membership Committee for the Airport Minority Advisory Council, as a member of the WW Advisory Board at WaterRising Institute, and on the Board of Directors for the West Atlanta Watershed Alliance. Victoria has held leadership positions at Jacobs and Brown and Caldwell, focusing on social value and marketing strategies. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and English from Purdue University.

For over 40 years, the Airport Minority Advisory Council (AMAC) has been the only national, non-profit trade association dedicated to advancing the full participation of minorities and women in employment and contracting opportunities throughout the aviation and aerospace industries.
