Gugu Dlamini

Gugu Dlamini is a seasoned contracts manager with extensive experience in contract management and legal compliance. Currently serving as Group Contracts Manager at Airports Company South Africa since August 2015, Gugu is responsible for drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing a variety of agreements, including Non-Disclosure and Sales/Purchase agreements, while also managing relationships with customers on contractual matters. Previously, as Group Contracts Controller at GlencoreXstrata Plc from August 2012 to September 2014, Gugu focused on drafting contracts, engaging with suppliers, and providing legal expertise during commodity tender adjudications. Earlier experience includes a role as Commercial Manager at Eaton Electrical, where risk management through contract review was a primary responsibility. Gugu Dlamini holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Johannesburg (2004 - 2007).
