Mandla Hadebe

Mandla Hadebe is an experienced engineering and maintenance manager currently overseeing the maintenance of Airports Company South Africa's infrastructure to meet SACAA and ICAO standards since January 2018. Previously, Mandla served as a maintenance manager at PepsiCo from October 2012 to December 2017, where responsibilities included ensuring plant operations meet legal and safety standards, managing maintenance budgets, and coordinating maintenance personnel. Mandla also held the position of projects and utilities manager at PepsiCo, leading capital projects and procurement processes. Earlier experience includes roles at SAB Miller as an engineering technical trainee, Nissan Motor Corporation as a materials handling engineer and process technician, and Senior Flexonics as a junior production engineer. Mandla's educational background includes a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Africa, a diploma in project management from IIE Varsity College, and a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
