Leila Zahlan Lahbabi

Leila Zahlan Lahbabi serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Airports Council International - North America since January 2023. Previously, Leila held the position of Lead Counsel at Charlotte Douglas International Airport and the City of Charlotte from December 2004 to January 2023. Earlier in their career, Leila was an Assistant District Attorney at the Mecklenburg County District Attorney's Office from 1998 to 2004. Leila Zahlan Lahbabi earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, following education at Phillips Exeter Academy.
