Tracey McGinnis

Tracey McGinnis is an experienced professional in recruitment training and management, currently serving as the AIRS Training Manager at AIRS, an ADP Company since April 2010. In this role, Tracey leads project management and business analysis, overseeing corporate team training operations, developing annual training schedules, and analyzing sales and performance metrics. Previously, Tracey founded McGinnis Recruiting Solutions, served as the Regional Perm Director at Ajilon, and worked as a training consultant at Manpower Inc. Tracey's career also includes founding Diversity Speaks To Corporate America, roles at Abbott Laboratories and Benton Associates, and management positions at Kohl's Department Stores and Kforce Inc.
