Lyn Kendall

Lyn Kendall is a seasoned change management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Change Lead for OneSKY Aerospace at Airservices Australia, Lyn oversees change management initiatives for the Sydney Basin Airspace Programs, including the establishment of Western Sydney International Airport. Previously, Lyn held the position of Portfolio Change Director at Westpac, managing change functions for transformation delivery portfolios, including financial crime and responsible lending programs. Further experience includes serving as Change Management Lead and Senior Change Manager at Westpac, where Lyn contributed to significant regulatory change projects. Early in the career, Lyn was integral to membership strategy and product management at NRMA Motoring and Services. Lyn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a Marketing major from Western Sydney University.
