Shionagh Lotscher

Shionagh Lotscher is an experienced Change Manager and communication professional with a diverse background in leading change initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Change Manager at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since March 2025, Shionagh also holds roles as a Project and Change Communications Advisor and Change Coach at Airservices Australia since March 2022. Prior experience includes senior consulting and communication management roles at NAB, where responsibilities encompassed managing change communications for various key projects and programs. Shionagh's career began with positions at various organizations including UniSuper, Australia Post, maxSuper, and City West Water, focusing on stakeholder communication, project management, and change implementation.
