Calvin Linford

Calvin Linford is a experienced Staff Software Engineer with a strong background in software development and engineering. Currently at Airspace Technologies since May 2018, Calvin focuses on logistics R&D utilizing Go, Python, and TensorFlow. Prior to this role, Calvin worked at Verve from February 2015 to May 2018, where responsibilities included maintaining and building features for a highly available, low-latency real-time bidding ad server. Earlier experience includes a position at Cisco Systems, where design and implementation of an NGINX-based HTTP web server occurred, enhancing programmability for Cisco switches. Calvin also founded Viekas Software, releasing various software projects aimed at solving existing problems through new technology. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from UC San Diego.
