Taryn M. has over 12 years of professional experience. In 2021, they began their current role as a Product Designer at Airspace Link, Inc. Prior to this, they were a Software Developer at Guardian Premier Solutions (GPS) LLC from 2020 to 2021, where they designed, developed, and maintained front-end web applications that visualized data gathered during Air Force Special Warfare training. Taryn also presented projects to program managers and key stakeholders, designed task flows and design systems, and led Quality Assurance for data integrity and UI design consistency. From 2018 to 2020, Taryn was a WordPress Intern at Dos Mundos Creative. From 2009 to 2018, they were a Videographer in the United States Marine Corps, where they produced videography, photography, and graphic design to deliver multimedia products to military leadership. Taryn also managed the television broadcasting channel for the base and assisted other departments with photography, illustration, and print media assignments.

Taryn M. began their educational journey in 2010 when they earned a Video Production Specialist degree from the Defense Information School in the field of Videography. Taryn continued their education in 2012 when they obtained an Intermediate Video Production degree from the same institution. In 2015, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Digital Media with a Concentration in Interactive Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. In 2020, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Full-Stack Web Development from Codeup. In 2021, they obtained a Membership Certificate from The Interaction Design Foundation.
