Tracey Keefe

Tracey Keefe has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. They began their career as a Helicopter Pilot and Leadership Instructor in the US Navy from 1991 to 2000. In 1997, they worked as a Writer for various publications until 2003. From 1999 to 2000, Tracey Keefe served as the Editor-in-Chief of Rotor Review Magazine, where they led a team of aviation experts and publishing professionals.

In 2000, Tracey Keefe joined the US Navy Reserve as Commander/Aerospace Engineering Project Manager until 2011. They also served in the US Navy from 2008 to 2011 as an Assistant Officer-in-Charge/Project Manager. In this role, they led and managed a team of 14 staff members in highly technical projects in the aerospace field.

From 2013 to 2016, Tracey Keefe worked at TJ Cross Engineers, Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant and Engineering Assistant. In 2016, they joined Pearce Renewables as a Senior Manager, Human Resources, overseeing various HR functions. They held this position until 2021 and also served as a Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner from 2022 to 2022.

Currently, Tracey Keefe is working at Airstreams Renewables, Inc. as a Human Resources Director since 2023.

Tracey Keefe attended Boston University from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology. Tracey then pursued further education at UC San Diego from 2008 to 2011, earning a Certificate in Technical Communication. Additionally, in June 2017, they obtained a certification as a SHRM Certified Professional from the institution SHRM.
