Roland Hinojosa has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Roland started their career as a Laboratory Technician at Southwest Research Institute in 2013. Roland then worked as a Math Lab Coordinator at the University of the Incarnate Word, where they managed budgets, created schedules, processed data, and tutored undergraduates in math. In 2015, they gained research experience as a Student Researcher at Southwest Research Institute. From 2014 to 2018, Roland worked as a Math tutor at Sylvan Learning, providing math tutoring services. In 2017, they also worked as an Analyst/Reviewer/Project Manager at Alternate Health, analyzing patient samples and managing data. From 2017 to 2019, Roland transitioned to education, working as a Mathematics Teacher at San Antonio ISD, focusing on effective communication and instruction to engage students. Roland Hinojosa earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from the University of the Incarnate Word, spanning from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in ICAgile (acquired in August 2019) from ICAgile and Testing Approaches (acquired in June 2019) from Skillsoft.
