Chris Lynch

Chris Lynch currently serves as the Regional Director for Oil & Gas and Workforce Solutions at Airswift, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Chris spent over five years at CPL Technical Services as the Director of Electrical Contracting, leading a successful startup that generated $1.2 million in revenue in 2023. Before that, Chris was a Regional Manager at Sepam, driving significant business development and project management for high-profile clients such as ExxonMobil and Chevron. Chris also held the role of Regional Director at RINA, overseeing a $38 million P&L and achieving substantial profit margins through strategic mergers and client management. Chris’s earlier experience at Airswift included roles that resulted in increased revenues from $6 million to over $100 million for North America’s recruitment and workforce solutions.
