Luísa Bertoche

Luísa Bertoche started their professional journey as an Intern at UFRJ where they provided individual psychological care and conducted scientific research in Cognitive Psychology. Luísa later joined Airswift as a Strategic Resourcer / Recruiter I, progressing to Delivery Consultant / Recruiter II, and eventually becoming the Delivery Centre Lead Recruiter. In these roles, they were responsible for recruitment, market orientation, training, and utilizing various tracking systems and job boards to place highly qualified professionals in direct hire positions, with a focus on Energy, Process, and Infrastructure sectors in the US and Canada.

Luísa Bertoche completed their Bachelor's degree in Psicologia at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro from 2016 to 2022. Luísa is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at Descomplica Faculdade Digital, starting in 2024.
