Taryn Nesloney Mitchan began their work experience in 2007 as a Facilities/Event Coordinator at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. In 2008, they joined Airswift as a Sr. Recruiter, later advancing to Account Manager in Angola. Finally, they served as a Recruitment Director for the same company in Angola starting in May 2013.

Taryn Nesloney Mitchan obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas A&M University in Speech Communication and Rhetoric between 2003-2007.
