Teresa Wesley

Teresa Wesley is an experienced Learning Management System Administrator and Logistics Coordinator at Airswift, currently working with Chevron since September 2022. Teresa previously held various roles at Chevron, including Learning Specialist in Enterprise Technical Learning from June 2009 to December 2020, where project development and vendor progress tracking were key responsibilities. In the capacity of Learning Management System Consultant, Teresa was instrumental in creating eLearning and Instructor Led Training courses, managing course registrations, and conducting learning evaluations. As a Lead Onboarding Specialist, Teresa facilitated onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating efforts across multiple departments. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Jackson State University, a certification in Human Resources Management from Houston Community College, and has completed 18 hours towards a Master's in Human Resource Management at Dallas Baptist University.
