Ian Dapot

Ian Dapot is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and creative leadership. Currently serving as a designer at Airtable since August 2025, Dapot previously held positions as UX Lead at Google DeepMind and Google, where responsibilities included leading design efforts for Gemini, Google Assistant, and Google Search. Dapot's career includes a role as Director of Design at Strava and Creative Director at Google Brand Studio, alongside strategic positions at Sub Rosa and IDEO, where engagements focused on brand strategy and communication design. Dapot's educational background includes an MFA in Graphic Design from Yale University and a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design.
