Jaime Mariko McFarland

Jaime Mariko McFarland is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and projects across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Design and Head of Core Product Design at Airtable, Jaime has previously held significant roles at Slack, including Sr. Product Design Director and Product Design Director. Additional roles include Design Consultant for various strategies, Design Manager at Lyra Health, Creative Director at Opower, and Lead Designer. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Graphic Design from ArtCenter College of Design and has participated in a study abroad program in London.
