James MacNamara Allen

James Macnamara Allen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People Analytics and Insights Manager at AirTanker since December 2016, after holding positions as HR Advisor and HR Operations Coordinator within the same organization. Prior to joining AirTanker, James worked as an HR Generalist at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., and held roles as an HR Assistant at The Kraft Heinz Company and BBC. James began a career in HR at Stadco as an HR Administrator, following an internship as a Business Management Analyst at JPMorgan Chase. Academic qualifications include a BA Hons degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University, along with a Postgraduate Certificate in International Business Practice from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, and an Associate CIPD qualification from Bracknell & Wokingham College.
