Richard Lanz

Richard Lanz is an experienced aviation engineer currently serving as a RAF sponsored reservist Licenced Engineer and Line Maintenance Engineer at AirTanker since October 2014, where responsibilities include maintaining a fleet of Airbus A330 MRTT. Prior to this role, Richard served as Station Manager and Station Engineer at SR Technics Switzerland from February 2007 to September 2014, and as Station Engineer at SAS from October 2005 to January 2007. Richard's career in aviation engineering began in 1985 with Swiss International Airlines, where Richard worked until 2003, followed by a position as Relief Engineer at Swissair until 2005. Richard's educational background includes an HNC in Science and Engineering from Macclesfield College of Further Education, completed between 1983 and 1985.
