Doreen Raphael

Doreen Raphael has a diverse work experience in the banking and financial industry. Doreen started their career in 2014 as an Assistant Relationship Manager-Diaspora Banking at Equity Bank Tanzania and worked there until 2018. Doreen then joined NMB PLC as a Relationship Manager-Private Banking from 2018 to 2020. After that, they joined Equity Bank Group as a Business Development Manager Diaspora Banking, where they played a vital role in driving business growth and managing the Diaspora Banking Business. In 2020, they moved to Equity Bank Limited as a Senior Manager-International Banking & Payments until 2022. In 2022, they joined Flutterwave as a Country Operations and Partnerships Manager, holding the position until 2023. Currently, Doreen works at Airtel Africa as the Airtel Money Product Lead-International Money Transfers from December 2023.

Doreen Raphael earned a Bachelor's degree in Projects Planning, Management, and Community Development from the University of Dodoma. Doreen attended the university from 2009 to 2012.
