Dafne Molina Vega

Dafne Molina Vega is a seasoned professional in customer experience and product design, currently serving as the Lead Customer Experience Product Designer at América Móvil since November 2016. In this role, Dafne engages with stakeholders across 16 operations, particularly in Argentina, Peru, Mexico, and Colombia, to gather business requirements and develop user-focused functional proposals. Prior to this, Dafne held positions as a User Experience Designer and User Researcher, where responsibilities included benchmarking and analyzing digital products for strengths and opportunities. Dafne's career began as a User Researcher at CTIN Centro de Tecnología e Innovación, focusing on the research, creation, and design of digital products. Dafne holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
