Georgina Ogalo

Georgina Ogalo currently serves as Group Senior Legal Counsel at Airtel Africa since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Partner and Senior Associate at Oraro & Company Advocates from April 2015 to July 2021, and an Associate at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews for a brief period in 2014. Georgina's legal career began as an Associate at Oraro & Company Advocates from 2010 to 2014 and as a Legal Researcher at the National Council for Law Reporting in 2009. Additionally, experience as a Faculty Assistant at Nelson Mandela University was gained between February and December 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Economics from Nelson Mandela University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from The Kenya School of Law, and certification in Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance from the East Africa School of Management. Georgina also holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of Human Resource Management.
