Ashleigh Harding

Ashleigh Harding is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as a Senior Legal Counsel and Group Privacy Officer at Fletcher Building since June 2023, also holding the title of Company Secretary. Previously, Ashleigh worked with New Zealand Media & Entertainment from November 2016 to June 2023 as a Senior Legal Counsel and Experience Manager, and held roles as Company Secretary for OneRoof and KPEX. Additionally, Ashleigh was a member and Chair of the Codes Committee for the Advertising Standards Authority (NZ) from February 2019 to June 2023 and has extensive experience as a senior solicitor at MinterEllisonRuddWatts and Russell McVeagh, specializing in general litigation, insolvency, admiralty, and employment matters. Ashleigh's academic background includes a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Auckland, along with a Chartered Secretary designation from the Chartered Governance Institute New Zealand.
