Letoya M. has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Letoya is currently working at Airtel Africa as the Head of HR for Airtel Money, overseeing operations in multiple African countries as well as IT Engineering teams in India. Prior to this, they held various roles at Safaricom PLC, including Head of HR Business Partners for Corporate and Commercial Functions, and Senior Manager of Talent and Resourcing. Letoya also worked at DHL Supply Chain in different HR business partner roles, where they were responsible for supporting various divisions and regions. Letoya started their career at DHL Express as a Global Talent Analyst. Letoya's early work experience includes an internship at Deutsche Post International and working as an HR Generalist at Magadi Soda Co Ltd.

Letoya M. obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi in 2006. In 2015, they pursued a Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management from the College of Human Resources Management. In 2017, Letoya obtained a Certified Engagement and Productivity Coach (CEPC) certification from the International Coach Federation. In 2019, they pursued a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP-K) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the College of Human Resources Management. Letoya is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from the Alliance Manchester Business School, with no specified end year.
