Zuenah Ronoh has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Zuenah began their career in 2007 at Safaricom, where they served as the Manager of Data Engineering and Analytics/Data Governance for over a decade. In this role, they were responsible for managing and overseeing the company's data engineering and analytics operations.
In 2018, Zuenah joined Airtel Africa as a Digital Leader and Expert in Data Analytics, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, and Reporting. Zuenah'smain focus was on achieving dominance in customer and revenue market share through the deployment of innovative solutions and standards. Zuenah evaluated and deployed tools that enabled fast and accurate decision-making in various areas, including MIS/Business Intelligence, Revenue Assurance Systems, Fraud Management Applications, and Analytics Platforms across 16 countries.
Currently, Zuenah holds the position of Lead Technical Project Delivery at Airtel Africa. Zuenah is responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects related to financial services, IoT, analytics, and marketing.
Zuenah Ronoh completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) from 2004 to 2008. In addition, Zuenah obtained the certification of AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2022.
