Elimelick Mndalage possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Usage and Retention Assistant Manager at Airtel Tanzania since March 2016, where responsibilities include enhancing local voice revenue growth and innovating new product rollouts. Prior to this role, Elimelick worked as a Business Analyst for Planning and Reporting in M-Commerce at Vodacom from January 2015 to March 2016, focusing on data analysis and ensuring the accuracy of revenue streams. Elimelick began the career as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Millicom International Cellular (Tigo) from May 2012 to December 2014, where duties involved creating and maintaining reporting systems.
